Hot Stone | - Avoid heavy meals before your session - Hydrate well - Remove jewellery - Inform your therapist of any skin conditions or sensitivity to heat |
Swedish | - Stay hydrated - Avoid alcohol and caffeine - Shower beforehand - Communicate any pain areas or medical conditions |
Indian Head | - Wash hair before your appointment (some oils may be used) - Avoid heavy styling products - Stay relaxed and avoid caffeine |
Deep Tissue | - Avoid heavy meals and alcohol - Hydrate well - Communicate any injuries or chronic pain - Arrive early to relax |
