TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment with us. 

Appointments:

You can book an appointment by either calling the clinic or using our online booking system. We require a £50 booking fee to secure your appointment and this is non-refundable. Bookings are not confirmed until a booking fee payment has been made. If there is a delay in making the booking fee, your appointment slot may be offered to somebody else. The £50 booking fee will be deducted from your treatment total on the day of your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email and text upon booking and you will also receive a booking reminder email/text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Consultations:

A £50 booking fee is required for a consultation and we can book this in over the phone or you can book directly via our online booking system. If you choose to book in for a treatment after your consultation, the £50 booking fee will be deducted from your total treatment cost. Please note, the booking fee is non-refundable and if you choose to not book in for any treatment, the £50 booking fee will be used as a consultation fee.

Rescheduling:

If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 7 days notice prior to your scheduled appointment date. With notice, we can move your appointment to a more suitable date/time and your booking fee will be applied to your new appointment, although if it is not within our notice period, your booking fee will be lost. We would then require further payment to secure your new appointment date/time.

Missed Appointments/Late Arrivals:

Please contact the clinic if you know you are going to be delayed, this way our front of house team can try their best to assist. If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, there is a high chance it will have to be cancelled and your booking fee will be lost and further payment will be required to rebook. Our nurses work back to back, and it is vital we're able to make every appointment on time. We are able to re-schedule an appointment when given 7 days notice. If insufficient notice is given your booking fee will be lost. If you do not attend your appointment and do not let the clinic know, your booking fee will be lost and will not be transferred to another appointment. If this is a reoccurring issue, you will risk being unable to book future appointments with us.
 

Children/Young Persons:
We do not treat anyone under the age of 18 and we would require photographic identification if you look under 25. Children or pets will not be allowed in the clinic or treatment rooms for safety, hygiene and insurance purposes. Our nurses and front of house staff are unable to monitor children and babies whilst carrying out your appointment.

Client Information:

All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Patients information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from us. You can choose to OPT out from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing.
